Uploading an Excel Spreadsheet for a Draw Request

The following format for the columns is accepted:

• sub/lot | cost code | cost code description | line value
• If the project has no sub/lots make that column is 0 for every line item

Create a new voucher/draw and click the Import Spreadsheet button

Select the ECL Spreadsheet option and click Continue

Click Yes in the next popup

Then choose your excel file and click Import
