Setting up Project Special Notices

Guide Steps

Any special notice or item for a project that you want to create and track for a project in the area below is created and set up at the company level:

Navigate to Setups > Companies > Process tab > Loan/Projects tab > Defaults tab> Notices tab

You enter in the notice Value(identifying number) and Description

Clicking the Gear icon to the right of the notice gives you the ability to exclude this notice from projects that are in a particular product category or property type based on your company setups.

This will simply grey out that notice for those projects, it does not completely hide it
