Guide Steps
Pay off all currently held retention
Navigate to Loans > Overview of desired loan, click the Actions button and select Pay Retention.
The option to Review, Skip All, or Pay All of the retention will appear if it is a partial retention payment.

This will create a voucher/draw of the retention amount that can be edited before being disbursed.
